All orders above 99.99$ are shipped by FREE standard shipping.
If you require express shipping please make sure to purchase the express option.

AYA MAGIC is not responsible for any customs charges that might be applicable at the destination country. To avoid inconvenience, please check for any customs regulations with your local postal or customs authorities.

We accept PayPal and credit card payments. All transactions are handled and secured by PayPal. 

If you wish to pay with your credit card, please proceed through PayPal checkout, you will have the option to insert the credit card destails.

Please note that we will NOT get your credit card details. 

 

 

Return Policy:

 

• If for any reason you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us and ship the UNOPENED product back to us within 14 days of receiving the product to receive a full refund of the product's price (excluding shipping costs, customer pays for return shipping ).

 

• If a product is damaged upon arrival or we have made a mistake, please snap a photo of the package and email it to us at office@ayamagic.com , you will then have to ship the product back to us and we will send out a substitute.

You will have to pay ONLY for the return shipping of the damaged product - unless it was our mistake.

 

• If you have opened and tried our products but found that for any reason you are unsatisfied with them, you can return them to us within 14 days and receive a different product of equal value,  or the product's value in store credit, provided you pay for return shipping.
   

Please note that we will only accept returns where only a reasonable amount of product has been used.
